2026 Sharks playoff tickets will be allocated based on the number of ticket pairs you purchased for the 2025/26 season. While the Sharks may miss the playoffs this year, I would still like to work through the entire process so we can identify any issues for future years. This is a work in progress and any feedback/suggestions/etc would be greatly appreciated.
The 2026 NHL playoffs consist of four rounds. Each round is a best of 7 series. While it is highly unlikely that the Sharks will have home ice advantage in any round, we will still assume that there are up to 4 home games in each round.
The 2026 playoff pricing:
Round 1 - $112/ticket, $224/pair
Round 2 - $146/ticket, $292/pair
Round 3 - $165/ticket, $330/pair
Stanley Cup Finals - $290/ticket, $580/pair

Here is the process that we will follow:
Please respond to paul@opurt.com by Saturday, April 11 with the following information:
I will go over the responses and try to allocate tickets in a manner where everyone gets as many of their desired games as reasonably possible. You will not receive a game that is on your veto list. While you can request 2 pairs of tickets for a specific game, you will only receive both pairs if no one else has requested that game.
As mentioned above, it is highly unlikely that the Sharks will have home ice advantage in any round this year. That essentially leaves us with up to 24 ticket pairs rather than 32 pairs. This year, unless someone requests a game four, we will split the game fours as Wachs - 1 pair, MaCurdy - 1 pair, Hines - 1 pair, Rank - 5 pairs.
I will publish the list shortly after I allocate the tickets. Tickets will be sent out at the start of each round. Payment is expected by the end of each round.
